Prior to taking possession of your home, each
purchaser performs a pre-delivery inspection (the “PDI”)
with a representative of Sundance Homes. A copy of this PDI form
is left with the Purchaser, a copy is sent to the Ontario New Home
Warranty Program and a copy with our customer service representative
on-site. The site office will schedule repair work with either sub-trades
or our service representative, and shall notify you of work schedules.
It is important that work schedules be coordinated to ensure prompt
attention to your needs as well as access to your home. Once the
items on the PDI have been addressed, Sundance will forward to you
a letter confirming that the work has been performed and completed.
The next service period is the 12 month service.
Over the course of the year, and especially as your home passes
through its first summer and winter seasons, you will identify additional
service requirements. Any deficiencies should be collected and forwarded
to the office, in writing, at the end of your first year of occupancy.
Following receipt of your list, the office shall contact you, and
arrange an appointment if necessary, to review your service needs.
Again, the office will schedule repair work with either sub-trades
or our service representative, and shall notify you accordingly.
Once the items on the 12 month list have been addressed, Sundance
will forward to you a letter confirming that the work has been performed
and completed.
